Update 0.08

Update 0.08 is here!

In this update:

• (Some) Medals! This feature is experimental still but there are currently three you can get. I will add a tab to view them in a future update.
• The shop has been moved! It now sits in the main menu. Earn some cash and make your future runs easier!
• Coin Grabbin' has been added as a bonus! There is one medal to earn in this game, so grab some coins!
• Bug fixes, etc.
